What you'll do
- Define and drive quality strategy & standards for personalisation, recommendation, experimentation, and consumer intelligence capabilities
- Design, build and maintain automated test frameworks covering API, integration, contract, functional and E2E testing
- Embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle by partnering closely with Software Engineers, Tech Leads, Product Owners and Data Engineering teams
- Establish test data, test environments and quality validation approaches for personalised consumer journeys
- Drive shift-left quality practices through automation, quality gates, CI/CD integration and risk based testing
