About the role
Facility Maintenance & Infrastructure Management Ensure upkeep, repair, and smooth functioning of all office infrastructure, including electricals, plumbing, air-conditioning, lifts, workspaces, etc. Manage contracts, relationships, and service levels of all third-party vendors (security, housekeeping, pantry, pest control, printers, HVAC, etc.) including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).
What you'll do

- Manage contracts, relationships, and service levels of all third-party vendors (security, housekeeping, pantry, pest control, printers, HVAC
- Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and administrative materials; ensure timely procurement and avoid stock-outs
- Oversee day-to-day housekeeping activities to maintain hygiene and cleanliness across all office areas, especially customer-facing zones
- Implement and monitor access control systems; manage physical security; coordinate with security staff to ensure the safety of staff and property
