1st Class Boiler Operator

About the role

a)To operate, monitor, and maintain industrial boilers and auxiliary equipment in compliance with safety regulations, ensuring uninterrupted steam supply and optimal efficiency for plant operations. b)Ensure continuous and regular availability of input material/fuel for uninterrupted boiler operation.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain boilers, compressors, water lines, steam lines, valves, and all related systems
• Achieve ≤ 5% boiler downtime by implementing preventive maintenance and addressing issues promptly
• Responsible for DCS control/ parameter observation
• Coordinate with Chemist for controlling water parameters within permissible limits
• Maintaining all boiler operation and maintenance record in boiler logbook
