About the role
The ideal candidate must bring established relationships in the FS GCC ecosystem, a proven record of owning revenue / P&L targets of approximately ₹8–15 Cr , and the ability to shape, sell, and deliver transformation propositions across commercial banking domains such as trade, payments, lending, and investments.
What you'll do
- Business Development, Account Growth & Revenue Ownership
- Own sales, account growth, and revenue / P&L targets of approximately ₹10–15 Cr across FS GCC clients
- Leverage existing senior relationships within Financial Services GCCs to originate, qualify, and convert new opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor to GCC leadership, business, technology, operations, and transformation stakeholders
- Build and manage a strong pursuit pipeline across proactive proposals, RFPs, transformation opportunities, managed services, and consulting-led technology programs
