What you'll do
- Write, edit, and polish proposal sections: executive summaries, technical and management approaches, staffing plans, past performance, and corporate qualifications
- Translate input from subject-matter experts into clear, concise, and persuasive narrative tailored to each agency's goals
- Review and interpret RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, statements of work, government policies, regulations, and budget documents
- Ensure consistent voice, terminology, formatting, and win themes across every volume
- Shred solicitations and build compliance matrices and response outlines
