The Digital Transformation & AI Senior Analyst designs, builds, and operationalizes AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact across Global Business Services (GBS). The role partners with process owners and IT/Digital to discover high value use cases, develop production grade models, and implement AI practices to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant AI at scale.
What you'll do

- Discover, prioritize, and shape AI/automation use cases with business leaders; run structured discovery and rapid experimentation to validate value and feasibility
- Design and deliver end to end AI solutions (data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment
