About the role
The position is primarily responsible for performing account payable related activities such as receiving, verifying & validating supplier invoices as per Qatar Airways group policies, procedures & guidelines.
What you'll do
- Perform invoice validation in Kofax AP agility (OCR system), upstream activity & handling the exceptions in Kofax AP agility tool
- Perform invoice data entry validation of minimal level complexity in various ERP systems: Oracle, JDE, MS AX, Business central etc.(PO/ TRAX order
- Perform data validation using OCR & ERP functionalities for assigned categories of supplier invoices with minimal level complexity
- Generate & complete accounting documents in case of booking invoices of low/ minimal complexities
- Process vendor advances, prepaid expenses, set-off, debit notes, credit notes, month end journal vouchers, regular statistical reports, vendor reconciliations
