About the role
The position is primarily responsible for performing account payable related activities such as verifying, reconciling, reporting & monitoring supplier invoices as per Qatar Airways group policies, procedures & guidelines.
What you'll do
- Perform invoice data entry of high-level complexities in various ERP systems: Oracle, JDE, Microsoft AX
- Perform accounting of high-level complexity supplier categories assigned by team lead
- Ensures discrepancies/ missing data are reported for resolution to line manager, Business Finance, or other QR group units
- Generate & complete the accounting documents with high level complexities given careful consideration to payment modes-Quick/ Manual payment process
- Process vendor advances, prepaid expenses, set-off, debit notes, credit notes, month end journal vouchers, regular statistical reports, vendor reconciliations
