What you'll do
- Provide support for new computer projects and hardware installations
- Assist in the installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and monitoring of end-user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printers/scanners, software
- Diagnose and resolve desktop issues for end-users, recommending and implementing corrective solutions
- Assist in managing and maintaining the organization’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and internet systems
- Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors when necessary
