Senior FP&A at QIMA. 1 . Own the relationship with budget owners. Prepare their monthly KPI packs, challenge assumptions and the status quo, and deliver sharp.
What you'll do
- 1 . Own the relationship with budget owners. Prepare their monthly KPI packs, challenge assumptions and the status quo, and deliver sharp
- Run variance analysis by BU and department. Identify the real drivers, work through results with budget owners
- Partner with Accounting and HR to ensure accurate expense classification and data integrity, resolving issues quickly as the organization and its cost structure change
- Deliver strategic insights to senior management and Group Finance . Translate complex data into concise recommendations, contribute to the monthly management reporting
- Continuously improve reporting . Streamline policies, processes and KPI dashboards (Tableau, group BI tool)
