This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home and our office. Typically, employees are expected to work 2 days in the office per week. What you'll do

• Assessing applications with accuracy and consistency: Review and process student applications in line with client admissions policies and guidelines
• Maintain quality and compliance standards: Consistently apply quality assurance principles, internal processes
• Verifying credentials: Validate academic qualifications, transcripts, English language proficiency results, financial documentation, and other supporting evidence
• Supporting students and agents: Respond promptly and effectively to enquiries, guiding applicants through the process and providing a positive experience
• Maintaining data integrity: Accurately record assessment outcomes and applicant information across multiple systems, ensuring data remains complete, reliable
