Client Delivery Executive (Internal Applications Only)

About the role

As a Client Delivery Executive, you will contribute to this mission by supporting university partners to deliver effective recruitment, admissions and student engagement activity. This is a client-facing role working closely with university recruitment, admissions and marketing teams.

What you'll do

• Client and stakeholder management
• Build and maintain positive, high-performing relationships with university stakeholders and colleagues across QS
• Engage with clients by phone, email and in person to support the effective delivery of QS services
• Develop an understanding of each client’s strategic direction and help translate their objectives into effective operational activity
• Support regular client meetings, engagement activities, training and learning sessions
