About the role
Drafts, negotiates, administers, and manages contracts, while outlining clear terms that are aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Actively involved throughout the contract lifecycle from planning requirements to fulfillment of obligations, addressing issues and risks as needed.
What you'll do
- Drafts, negotiates and executes complex, high impact supplier agreements in collaboration with legal, stakeholders, sourcing, finance and other cross functional areas
- Researches, analyzes, and presents contractual positions (i.e. liability, confidentiality etc.), in collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs
- Focuses on assessment/risk mitigation
- Responsible for managing contractual results, through negotiation or other means
- Leads and manages contract management systems and related business processes in accordance with business unit requirements
