- Establish clear Plan of Record (PoR) commitments and drive prioritization, milestone alignment, and timely decision-making across competing requirements
- Manage programs across the complete software development lifecycle , from planning and development through integration, validation, release, and customer delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Audio, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, BSP, Connectivity, Sensors, system software, validation, product teams
- Proactively identify and manage program risks, dependencies, critical paths, and schedule variances , driving mitigation, recovery plans, issue resolution
