About the role
The Business Analyst will drive business transformation, digitisation, process re-engineering and product enhancements across the Retail Trade Forex (RTFX) and Retail Trade (RTR) ecosystem.
What you'll do
- Business Analysis & Requirement Management
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, BRDs, FRDs, user stories and process flows
- Conduct requirement workshops with Product, Trade Operations, Compliance, Risk and IT teams
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, business rules and acceptance criteria
- Perform impact assessments for regulatory, business and operational changes
