About the role

The team liaises with Business team to understand the requirements & provides efficient solution for the same. BSG works closely with Technology team to deliver quality projects within the desired timeframe.
What you'll do
- Understand functional requirements / BRDs and prepare test scenarios, test cases and test data with the BSG team
- Test card embossing and issuance flows: embossing file generation, personalisation data, new issuance, renewal and replacement
- Test transactions end-to-end: authorization for POS / ECOM / ATM, domestic & international, EMI conversion, clearing and settlement
- Validate reversals, partial reversals, refunds and chargebacks, and their impact on balances, statements and GL
- Test front-end applications (web / mobile onboarding journeys, servicing and CRM screens) for functional and UI behaviour
