About the role
Looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in Internet Banking (IB) and Mobile Banking (MB) applications. The candidate will lead end-to-end testing, manage QA teams, coordinate with business and technology stakeholders, and ensure high-quality releases across digital banking platforms.
What you'll do
- Lead SIT, Functional, Regression, UAT support, and Production Validation testing
- Prepare test strategy, test plans, estimations, and execution schedules
- Review test cases, monitor test execution, and manage defect lifecycle
- Conduct defect triage and coordinate with development teams for resolution
- Track testing metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders
