- Establish consistent testing methodologies across Agile, DevOps, and traditional delivery models
- Process Oversight & Compliance Monitor testing processes and ensure adherence to governance policies across all projects and teams
- Conduct regular health checks, audits, and quality assessments to ensure process compliance and continuous improvement
- Ensure testing metrics and KPIs are defined, measured, and reported to key stakeholders
