About the role
Define and own the overall SIT strategy, scope, test approach, governance framework, and entry/exit criteria. Develop integrated test plans covering Functional, Integration, E2E, API, Data Validation, Regression, and Negative Testing. Lead effort estimation, resource planning, capacity management, and risk-based testing.
What you'll do

- Own SIT quality across telecom business journeys such as Lead-to-Cash, Customer Onboarding, Order Management, Provisioning, Activation, Charging, Billing, Payments
- Ensure comprehensive testing across CRM, OSS/BSS, Inventory, Self-Care Portals, Third-Party Integrations, Notifications, and Regulatory Processes
