About the role
We are seeking an experienced Linux/OpenShift Administrator to manage Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems and OpenShift clusters that host Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and TRIRIGA Application Suite (TAS) . This role is essential for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our containerized enterprise applications.
What you'll do
- Deploy, manage, and maintain MAS and TAS clusters on Red Hat OpenShift within AWS environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance
- Perform d aily Linux administration (RHEL) tasks: patching, user management, storage, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within OpenShift clusters
- Manage and support OpenShift environments following industry best practices
- Collaborate with Database Administrators (DBAs) for managing backups, restoration processes, and database infrastructure operations
- Follow OpenShift best practices for infrastructure security, scaling, cost efficiency, and operational excellence
