About the role
We are seeking an experienced TRIRIGA Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that TRIRIGA solutions align with organizational needs and industry best practices. The role requires strong TRIRIGA functional knowledge, business process mapping expertise, and familiarity with integration frameworks.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for TRIRIGA implementations and enhancements
- Prepare functional documentation, user stories, and process flows to guide technical teams. In addition creation of Mock-ups would be required
- Support TRIRIGA upgrades, migrations, and deployments, ensuring smooth adoption
- Work with technical teams to define and validate integrations using MREF (Maximo Integration Framework), APIs, and web services
- Participate in UAT, training, and change management activities to ensure user adoption
