TRIRIGA/MREF CAD Integrator Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Engineer with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate business and technical requirements into high-quality drawings and documentation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on complex AutoCAD projects and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Execute precise polylining of gross areas, assignable areas, and sub-areas (rooms, workstations, closets) according to BOMA or IFMA standards
• Data Integrity & Maintenance
• Resolve synchronization errors between the CAD plugin and the TRIRIGA server, such as "unattached" records or broken links
• Maintain a consistent CAD layer naming convention (Standard Operating Procedures) across all regional or global portfolios
• Generate spatial reports directly from CAD data to assist leadership in real estate optimization
