UI Architect Conversational AI & SaaS User Management Platforms- Work from Anywhere (India, WFH)

About the role

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape responsive, secure, and scalable UIs, integrate with AWS and Identity Providers, and lead teams to deliver pixel-perfect and performance-optimized front-end solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and own the UI architecture for both AI-driven chatbot and SaaS user/license management platforms
• Establish reusable component libraries using modern UI frameworks (ReactJS/NextJS preferred)
• Architect responsive, ADA-compliant, mobile-first UIs that are brand-customizable
• Build customizable chatbot UI skins supporting themes, fonts, dark mode, and embedded views for IWMS portals and mobile apps
• Enable multi-channel interfaces including web, mobile, Slack, MS Teams, and WhatsApp
