To carry out cell site/BSC/RNC site field level operational activities in strict compliance with the VIL operations process and managing the tools prescribed. On time Preventive Maintenance and Outage handling process Coordination with infra partners on maintaining the upkeep of the infra equipment so as to ensure the upkeep of active equipment
What you'll do
- Work on maintaining the 99.95% Network Availability
- Responsible for supervising and acceptance test configuration and commissioning of new base station sites
- Handling all types of network operational field activities that need immediate actions while the process builds up
- Coordinate with technical support personnel, support vendors and equipment suppliers
- Maintaining transmission media details to rectify any call drop/disturbance
