About the role
As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the collection of outstanding dues from customers. You will be required to have excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers and ensure timely payment.
What you'll do
- Contacting customers via phone, email, or in person to collect outstanding payments
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers
- Updating customer records with payment information and status
- Following up with customers on missed or late payments
- Resolving any billing or payment discrepancies
