What you'll do

- Facilitating the smooth flow of lobby
- Assisting the customers in executing the requirement at first time and to educate them to do the same of their own in future
- Explaining about our products and services to the customers on their need and at our need with regard to cross and up selling of our products and services
- Educating and supporting the customers to fill the related / required application forms and documents
