About the role
We are seeking a skilled Deployment Engineer with a strong background in telecom and site engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the deployment of telecom projects, ensuring efficient and timely implementation of network infrastructure, including tower and BTS installations.
What you'll do
- Oversee the deployment of telecom projects including site surveys, planning, and execution of tower installations
- Collaborate with project coordinators and implementation teams to ensure proper rollout of network solutions
- Perform site assessments and prepare documentation related to tower deployments and infrastructure adjustments
- Troubleshoot and maintain telecom equipment to ensure minimal downtime during the deployment phase
- Coordinate with field engineers to execute installation tasks effectively and safely
