About the role
We are looking for an ATM Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day functioning of ATMs, ensure smooth operations, monitor ATM uptime, coordinate with service providers, and resolve operational issues. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining service quality, security, and customer satisfaction across assigned ATM locations.
What you'll do
- Monitor the daily functioning, uptime and maintenance of assigned ATMs
- Conduct regular ATM site visits and inspect cleanliness, lighting, security and overall ATM lobby conditions
- Coordinate with ATM maintenance vendors, bank branches and service teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Monitor ATM downtime, faults and service requests through monitoring portals or mobile applications
- Ensure timely cash replenishment coordination to minimize cash-out situations
