About the role
Manage end-to-end Fleet-related cases, including ticket creation, monitoring, resolution, escalation, and closure. Handle and monitor various Fleet cases, including: Monitor Open Job Cards, TAT, Rage/Repeat Cases and ensure timely resolution. Publish regular reports and provide updates on case status and performance.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end Fleet-related cases, including ticket creation, monitoring, resolution, escalation, and closure
- Monitor Open Job Cards, TAT, Rage/Repeat Cases and ensure timely resolution
- Analyze Fleet performance using Fleet Edge and identify actionable insights
- Monitor vehicles delivered from workshops with active fault codes and ensure necessary follow-up
- Track Retro Completion and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for closure
