About the role
We are hiring ATM Field Executives for State Bank of India (SBI) ATM operations. The candidate will be responsible for regular visits to assigned ATM locations, monitoring ATM functioning and cleanliness, coordinating with vendors and bank teams, and ensuring timely resolution of ATM-related issues.
What you'll do
- Visit assigned SBI ATM locations as per the defined schedule
- Check ATM machine functioning, cleanliness and overall condition
- Monitor ATM availability and report technical or operational issues
- Coordinate with ATM vendors, Cash-in-Transit (CIT) agencies, branch staff and security/housekeeping teams
- Follow up for timely resolution of ATM faults and service requests
