What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates for various job openings
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on candidate feedback
- Assist with onboarding and orientation process for new hires
- Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
