About the role
Assist guests in connecting to the hotel network and perform MAC address binding whenever required. Conduct daily Wi-Fi and mobile signal testing across guest rooms and public areas. Identify weak signal zones and escalate them to the NOC team for resolution. Monitor ISP links and report network outages promptly.
What you'll do
