About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Officer to drive home loan sales, acquire new customers, and build strong relationships with prospective home loan customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan products, coordinating documentation, and supporting customers throughout the loan application process.
What you'll do
- Generate leads through field visits, references, builders, property dealers, and other channels
- Identify potential customers and promote home loan products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements
