Roles & Responsibilities of Supervisor (On-Site Service Support – Suraksha Package) The Supervisor, deployed under the OSS Standard Suraksha Package at the customer site, serves as the single point of contact for ensuring uninterrupted vehicle uptime, smooth service execution, and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary interface between Tata Motors, the servicing dealer, and the customer for all onsite service activities
- Coordinate daily maintenance schedules and job planning with customer-provided mechanics and helpers
- Maintain service records, inspection logs, and parts consumption reports
- Ensure timely servicing of all vehicles to minimize downtime and improve reliability
- Guide basic troubleshooting and resolve minor customer complaints on-site
