About the role
The PMC Professional is responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, risk management, and reporting to ensure successful project delivery. The role supports project leadership by providing accurate project performance analysis and implementing effective control measures to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
What you'll do
- Lead all project control functions, including planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, and reporting
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines and identify schedule deviations
- Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports for the client and management
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and cost tracking
