- Guide the Automotive VDL in understanding the automotive ecosystem, industry trends, customer landscape, business models, and competitive dynamics
- Support the development of leadership transition plans, stakeholder mapping, and role success frameworks
- Coach the VDL on shaping growth strategy, challenging account plans, and engaging credibly with customers and industry stakeholders
- Facilitate capability building in key automotive domains, including EV Powertrain, Software Defined Vehicles (SDV), and ADAS
- Contribute insights to customer opportunity mapping, competitor analysis, and technology trend assessments
