About the role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team supporting quality assurance for POE (Point of Effectiveness) components within the automotive industry. This role is critical to validating industrial processes at supplier sites, spanning both new technology development and the reinforcement of process robustness in serial production through corrective and preventive quality actions.
What you'll do
- Conduct system, process, and 8D audits at supplier facilities
- Perform process analysis and validation using recognized quality methodologies (4M, Ishikawa/Fishbone, 5 Why, ISO standards, 5 Trees, FMEA, R-FMEA, control plans
- Apply technical knowledge of electronics, power electronics, and battery technologies during audits and assessments
- Monitor and drive process robustness improvements in serial production
- Synthesize audit findings and present recommendations to the Management Committee as subject-matter lead
