About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reliability Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in performance engineering, reliability engineering, or related disciplines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our systems and applications.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain performance and reliability test automation frameworks using Python and tools such as JMeter and Locust
- Implement and manage observability solutions using Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace and related tools for proactive system health monitoring, alerting, and root cause analysis
- Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to communicate system reliability posture to stakeholders
- Support design reviews and EDRs by providing reliability evidence, load test results, and risk assessments
- Linux proficiency (shell scripting, system diagnostics, log analysis)
