What you'll do
- Knowledge Base (KB) Creation, Maintenance, Cleansing & Localization Validation
- Master the KB, include creating KB specification according to offer structures and implement modularized configurations in SAP (VC – Variant Configuration)
- Drive KB cleansing initiatives for technical accuracy, resolve inconsistencies, remove redundant logic and eliminate obsolete logic to maintain selector reliability
- Validate localized KB versions for regional accuracy and compliance
- Support on creation of robust specifications process
