What you'll do
- Lead global strategic sourcing activities for electrical commodities, transformer components, and IGBT-based power electronics
- Perform should-costing, cost analysis, and techno-commercial evaluations for electrical and electronic assemblies
- Drive supplier development, technical vendor negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives for critical grid components
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, PM, Purchase, and Operations teams for electrical design reviews, project execution, and technical documentation
- Support supplier quality activities including electrical testing validations, APQP, PPAP, NCRs, and CAPA closure for power equipment
