- Prepare and coordinate ePermit documentation. Review or issue permits only where the individual has completed the required training, holds the applicable authorization
- Ensure permits accurately reflect scope of work, hazards, safeguards, and required precautions
- Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and field execution teams to validate work conditions and permit requirements
- Ensure permit documentation complies with Chevron safety, regulatory, and governance standards
- Support permit lifecycle management, including revisions, extensions, and closeout
