About the role
Lead full-chip place-and-route execution and convergence, driving integration, QoR optimization, signoff closure, and predictable delivery.
What you'll do
- Own full-chip floorplan, placement, CTS, routing, and optimization
- Drive timing, congestion, power, area, and design-rule closure
- Manage hierarchical integration and interface issues
- Coordinate with block, STA, EMIR, PV, and clock teams
- Lead execution reviews, risk tracking, and tapeout readiness- Required Skills & Expertise
