- Lead the pre-silicon validation competency for ASIC development programs
- Define and drive validation strategy, methodologies, best practices, and quality standards
- Own and execute turnkey projects from planning through validation closure
- Develop validation plans, test architectures, coverage goals, and signoff criteria
- Work closely with design, verification, architecture, firmware, and program management teams
