Detection Platform Engineer

About the role

Based in our Bengaluru office, you will work with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams, as well as our managed security service providers, to ensure required log sources are integrated into our SIEM, logging pipelines remain healthy, and detection rules provide effective coverage. This role combines SIEM platform engineering, detection engineering, and log-source governance.

What you'll do

• Partner with infrastructure, security, and engineering teams to ensure required telemetry is included in new deployments and material technical changes
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot log integrations, collectors, APIs, parsers, field mappings, normalization, and ingestion pipelines
• Maintain visibility into log-source inventory, ownership, onboarding status, retention, platform health, detection coverage, and known gaps
