About the role
We are looking for a deeply hands-on Technical Lead to drive the technical direction and engineering excellence for the services underpinning our market-leading B2B SaaS Talent Acquisition Platform in our Bangalore office. As a Technical Lead, you’ll take ownership of the applications and services behind Radancy’s Talent Acquisition Platform offering.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of skilled Software and Quality Engineers, inspiring them to deliver their best work
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Engineering Managers to execute the product roadmap seamlessly
- As part of an agile Scrum team, you’ll contribute to building robust solutions
- Write and review production code to set and maintain rigorous quality standards, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and maintainable under enterprise load
- Take ownership end-to-end — from architecture and incidents to monitoring and infrastructure
