What you'll do
- Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Accounting department, maintaining strong financial process controls, operational efficiency, and supporting hotel growth
- Develop and implement business strategies, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting strategic decision-making
- Lead and manage the Accounting team, fostering a culture of growth, development, accountability, and performance
- Take ownership of the hotel budget and overall Profit & Loss performance
- Ensure that all accounting functions are properly controlled, reviewed, and developed in accordance with company standards
