Entry-level hospitality role at Radisson Hotel Group in Bag and Delhi. Open to freshers with Class 12 or Class 10.
About the role
Replenish guest supplies and amenities as per established standards. Complete assigned duties within the stipulated time while maintaining quality standards.
What you'll do
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas as per hotel standards
- Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, cleaned, and replenished with required amenities
- Make beds, change linen, dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms
- Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or any unusual observations to the concerned supervisor
- Handle guest requests promptly and courteously and coordinate with other departments when required
