What you'll do
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
- Establish and maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards in all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Develop schedules, allocate tasks, and oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and linen
- Train, motivate, and inspire your team to uphold our luxury service standards
