About the role
Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) . Coordinate with various hotel departments regarding their material requirements. Assist in obtaining quotations from approved vendors and maintaining quotation records. Coordinate with suppliers regarding price, availability, delivery schedules, and order status .
What you'll do
