What you'll do
- Handle banquet enquiries, telephone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally and promptly
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, contracts, and event-related documentation with clients
- Conduct banquet venue/show-rounds for prospective clients and explain available facilities and services
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, tentative bookings, confirmed functions, and revenue
